Return & Refund Policy

At DaPrinty, all our products are custom-made, print-on-demand T-shirts fulfilled by our production partner. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns, exchanges, or store credit in the following cases:

Eligible Cases:

  • You received a defective item (e.g., printing error, fabric damage, manufacturing defect)
  • You received the wrong item (wrong size, design, or product)

Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Slight color variations due to screen display differences

How to Raise a Return/Refund Request: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a refund, exchange, or store credit — your choice. Return shipping costs are covered by DaPrinty for all eligible cases.

Order Cancellation Policy

All products are made to order and enter production quickly. Due to this rapid production cycle, cancellations are time-sensitive.

Cancellation Window:

  • Orders placed before 5 PM can be cancelled anytime before 5 PM the same day
  • Orders placed after 5 PM can be cancelled until 11:59 PM the same day
  • We will attempt to cancel your order if contacted immediately, but cancellation is not guaranteed once production has begun

How to Request a Cancellation: Contact us immediately with your order number within the above window and we will do our best to process the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is successful.

Missed the Window? If your order has already moved to production, cancellation is not possible. However, if you receive a defective or wrong item, our return/refund policy above will apply.

Stock Availability

In rare cases where a product is temporarily out of stock, your order may be delayed or cancelled. If cancelled, you will receive a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.
